The accent is on making BPO companies a fun place to work. To do this, their HR departments frequently organize several social events in the places of work. Some of them even operate quasi-dating desks. Given this, it is natural for several relationships to form at the place of work. It shouldn't come as a surprise that sexual trysts may actually be taking place right inside the office.
